The historical ‘Domaine de Rochebois’ is located in the very heart of the Périgord in South West France, and only 6 km away from the famous town of Sarlat-la-caneda.
This 5* boutique hotel was built as a private house in the 19th Century, and offers to its guests 40 very chic rooms and suites, 2 gastronomical restaurants (we are after all in the French ‘terroir’), as well as a 9 hole golf course and a Spa designed & operated by ‘Nuxe’.
It is an ideal setting for those wishing to experience a bygone era and live the way French aristocratic families used to do two centuries ago, with of course a contemporary touch since the newly refurbished mansion has a very sober modern touch to its décor.
