This 'coaching inn' dating back to the royal and imperial french XIX century was refurbished and extended in 2011, 1100 years after the signing of the peace treaty by the Viking Rollon and the King of the Franks which lead to the creation of the Duchy of Normandy.

Our restaurant is already a reference in the region, and our Chef Guillaume Leroux who has built his career in the most prestigious top Michelin rated kitchens in France such as l’Arpège or Chez Camdeborde in Paris, and with Georges Paineau in Questembert has added an international touch to his cuisine during a two-year stay in Japan. He takes the highest quality, freshest produce and transforms them into inventive, delectable dishes. All ingredients are selected from local producers within a 100 km radius. In an intimate and warm atmosphere, the dining room opens onto a large landscaped terrace: a unique and exclusive place in the Bay.
